The barcode stopped working out of nowhere. Every day, a novelty. How to solve this?

If I want to swap two headings, the mirror feature reverses the text. The same is true for asymetrical objects. A "SWAP" feature means texts or objects swap places while retaining their original profile. Do others agree?

I often have to dimension text. I can only snap to the base line. I have to convert the text to curves to snap dimensions to the letter height. It's the same when dimensioning the length of text.

It takes forever, the results are not very good, and sometimes it refuses to make what I asked for.
