Toggling "snap to guideline" with a shortcut use to be an option. You could customize the "snap to guidelines" as a custom shortcut as well.

Because I can not export symbols to SVG file. In preview it looks like scramble. When I break them, SVG is ok but if I have a lot of symbols on the page, it takes some time.
