More robustness needed

For the second time this year I have experienced complete application failure and needed technical support to recover. As a long time and consistent CorelDRAW user I am beginning to lose patience and seriously considering switching to Adobe products. The issues i encounter are, IMHO, caused by lack of design attention to robustness which in turn is caused by inadequate testing. I would hate to have to change but will if I encounter further disruptions to my workflow.
