Radius adjustment tool

Whenever a fillet or chamfer is added to any object, there should be a tool to change it.

With a rectangle, you can change the corner radius as much as you like, however once you've added a radius to another object you lose this ability and have to change to a corner before adding another radius.

This is highly inconvenient for a number of reasons, namely being the repetitive nature just to change a simple value. This is a long convoluted process especially when you dont know what radius you want and you just want to tweak it a little at a time.
