CorelDRAW 2026 - Cannot Import a 2023 Workplace

I am a subscriber and have been using CorelDRAW 2023 (2022 with upgrade to 2023 V 24.5.0.731) and installed CorelDRAW 2026 only to find my 2023 workplace cannot be installed. This was confirmed by CorelDraw's engineers who test my 2023 workplace with ONLY one custom toolbar - 2026 hangs indefinitely.
