PNGs with 8-bit or lower are displayed incorrectly or crash corel completely

Here is a large 4-Bit PNG example attached. Put it in Corel and if you are lucky, your Corel doesn't crash...

If it doesn't, you won't see the red heart in the Image but just wierd stripes.
