Dimensions "On/Off" Feature to display or not display in work

Dear Corel: My name is Levi and I do not know if this feature already exists or not, but I would like to suggest it. I use Corel to draw scale models of railroad cars, and it would be great to be able to have the dimensions of what is drawn to be viewable on the drawing, and that this option can be turned "on" and "off" as the user wishes. So, to give an example, if I draw a 4.668" x .1379" box, I'd like to see, centered, the dimensions 4.668" on the long side and the .1379" on the short side. I hope you will consider adding this feature to the program. If it already exists, my apologies, and ask that someone help me how to use it.
