Fall back to older version is strong nessesary!

After installing version 2026 (subscription), nothing worked anymore. CorelDRAW and PhotoPaint froze. Two support agents tried to fix the problem online, but unfortunately, it didn't work (Level 2 and Level 1 support). So I wanted to revert to version 2025 because I need to work and earn a living. SHOCK - after that, nothing worked anymore. The error message displayed a message that a newer version (which, as mentioned above, DOESN'T work) existed and therefore CorelDRAW 2025 was no longer available. Even my invoicing for my clients stopped working. I had to restore my system backup (luckily, I had one from the previous day). A workday wasted, clients upset.

It is URGENTLY necessary to be able to revert to the previous version.

Note: I did NOT FOLLOW the last support agent's request to start Windows in safe mode, disable drivers, etc., until Corel 2026 would work! I am a user, not a programmer.

Search for Microsoft Visual C++ v14 Redistributable (x64) - 14.50.35719 (or whatever the latest version is) and install that from Microsoft. I've run into this problem myself and can't for the life of me figure out why but I keep a copy on my desktop now and just run it if I have a problem. It says you need to reboot after installing it, but from my experience you don't need to.
